Our Postage and Packaging charges are based on the contents of your shopping basket. The easiest way to find out the cost of the postage and packaging for your is to view your basket and click the “Calculate Postage” link.
We aim to dispatch standard orders on a 2-3 day service within 2 working days of receiving payment. Most orders will normally be received 3-4 working days after placing your order.
The exact courier we use will depend on the weight, size and value of your order.
Orders placed via our website will receive a notification on dispatch, if we use a tracked service we will send the tracking number to you with the dispatch notification.
We are not currently offering international delivery options via our online store. We hope to be able to change this in the future once we are fully up and running. In the mean time please feel free to contact us and we will try to help you where we can.
Our Click and Collect Service is currently available for customers in the TQ, EX and PL postcode areas.
If you would like to use our Click and Collect service but live outside of these postcode areas, please contact us.
